Really good Stay at a Wonderful Hotel

The hotel lobby is spacious with comfortable seating. Staff immediately handled luggage during check-in. My room featured electronic controls for curtains, lights, and air conditioning controlled via iPad. The bathroom had a bath with city views. It also had a shower and separate toilet room with a hand basin.
The taxi line became disorganized with conference delegates. There was no separate service for hotel guests needing prompt transport, which I found slightly inconvenient when trying to keep dinner reservations.

The hotel provides a museum on site . Spa facilities are available and maintained superbly. A gym is accessible to all guests and it helps maintain the health and wellness of travellers.

The room was large and quiet, assuring restful nights. The bedding was well kept and clean for my comfort. A coffee machine and kettle were in my room. Cartons of water were available throughout the room.

Really good Hospitality
spacious room fantastic view nice breakfast excellent amenities
My experience included a spacious room with a fantastic view. I appreciated having every amenity imaginable in the room. The Japanese breakfast was served in the room and I found it nice. I enjoyed the spa, swimming pool, and gym.
I found the room service food could be improved slightly. Otherwise, my stay was perfect.

The gym featured many modern machines and a nurse was present. I noted the availability of a large indoor heated pool. The hotel included a 37th-floor lounge offering a nice getaway.

The room was spacious by standards in the country and included correct lighting and a good layout. Ample phone and power charging points were available to guests. The room also had a balcony with great views.

Staff were consistently available to help. They provided a very high level of security. The assistant manager had their own desk in the foyer. Porters assisted with taxis and advised drivers in the local language.

The hotel is in a quiet area. Taxis were always waiting to take guests to Shimbashi JR station. This station offers access to the JR Yanamanote line for convenient travel.

the heritage tower corner room provided a luxurious experience, with electronic controls for curtains, lights, and air conditioning. the bathroom included a huge bath with city views. a separate shower. i found cartons of water conveniently placed throughout the room. the hotel is located across the street from the us embassy.
the front desk staff seemed a little impolite .

The room included a comfortable seating area with a sofa and chairs. The bathroom had two separate sinks which was very practical. I found the lighting controls near the bed very convenient (especially when I didn't want to get up).
The gym did not open until 6 AM. I prefer an earlier start.

spacious room clean bathroom attentive service
the rooms were spacious and clean. the bathrooms had big windows (i liked this touch). the service was attentive from check-in to housekeeping. breakfast offered a good variety of options. i found it to be one of the highlights.
i was shocked to see an additional charge at checkout. i was told the original amount was just an estimate. there was no offer to adjust it.
