The Okura Tokyo is frequently praised for its spacious and very clean rooms, often offering stunning city views and bathrooms with big windows; some guests even enjoyed a bathtub with a view. Breakfast receives high marks for its variety. The gym is large and well-equipped, though its opening time of 6 AM didn't suit everyone's preference for an earlier start. Located conveniently for exploring Tokyo, with easy access to transport, it provides a calm and elegant atmosphere, and some rooms overlook the US Ambassador's residence.

Really good Stay at a Wonderful Hotel

spacious lobbycomfortable seatingelectronic controlsseparate toilet
The hotel lobby is spacious with comfortable seating. Staff immediately handled luggage during check-in. My room featured electronic controls for curtains, lights, and air conditioning controlled via iPad. The bathroom had a bath with city views. It also had a shower and separate toilet room with a hand basin.
The taxi line became disorganized with conference delegates. There was no separate service for hotel guests needing prompt transport, which I found slightly inconvenient when trying to keep dinner reservations.
Facilities
